Introduction

Hi, I’m Ean Pugh, and I’ve recently embarked on an exciting journey into real estate. My background is anything but traditional. I’d love to share a bit about my path—how I went from racing bikes in Belgium to helping people find their dream homes here in Indianapolis. It’s been quite an adventure, and I’m thrilled to be part of a field that makes such a real impact on people’s lives.

A Move that Changed Everything

Growing up, I went through a life-changing move. Initially, I dreaded it. Yet, it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. It taught me how finding the right home can transform not only where you live but also how you feel about life. That lesson sparked my passion for helping others experience the same possibility in their own homes. Now, I’m here to help people find that perfect place to call home.

A Unique Path: From Belgium to Real Estate

Before real estate, my life was all about competitive cycling, cooking, and sales. I pursued my dream of becoming a professional cyclist, which led me all the way to Belgium. There, I learned resilience and the importance of grit during some of the toughest race seasons. Eventually, I faced an injury that put my cycling ambitions on hold. When I returned to Indianapolis, I had a fresh outlook. I earned a degree in marketing, with minors in finance and communications from Marian University, and specialized in sales—a skill set that’s proven invaluable in real estate.

After graduation, I dove into diverse roles, including fine dining, software, and retail sales. Each role gave me firsthand experience connecting with people in different settings. From the dinner rush in the kitchen to helping customers find the right solutions, I developed a knack for problem-solving, adaptability, and customer care—all qualities I bring to my work in real estate today.

A Passion for Staying Active

Staying active is a huge part of who I am; it fuels my energy and keeps me balanced. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me biking, cooking, or on the pickleball court, enjoying some friendly competition. My dog Louie keeps me on my toes too, as we love exploring Indianapolis’s walking trails and dog parks. On quieter days, I like experimenting with new recipes or taking my bike out for a spin to recharge. These activities help me stay focused and bring my best self to both work and life.

My Mission: Making Homeownership Possible

I’m especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers take that exciting step toward homeownership. Many people assume owning a home is out of reach. However, with the right guidance, it can be closer than they think. My mission is to make homeownership accessible, enjoyable, and empowering—one happy homeowner at a time.
